Who we are

Framelock AS is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@framelock.app about anything on this page.

What we collect

Only what you put in the early access form: your name, your company, your email address, what your business sells, how big the team is, and an optional message. Nothing else. There is no account to create and nothing to sign in to on this site.

Why we collect it

To answer your request for early access and to work out whether Framelock fits what your business does. That is the only use. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or add you to a marketing list.

Where it goes

Submitting the form sends two emails: one to us at hello@framelock.app, and a confirmation to the address you gave. The form runs on Vercel, which hosts this site and processes the request on servers in the EU. Both emails are sent through Resend, our email provider, processing in the EU. The message to us lands in Google Workspace, where our mailbox is hosted. Those three providers are the only places your details go.

The site itself keeps no database and sets no cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It records the page visited and a short-lived, anonymised identifier derived from your connection, which is not used to identify you. That is why there is no cookie banner.

How long we keep it

Until your request has been dealt with, and at most twelve months after our last contact, and then we delete it. Write to hello@framelock.app to have it removed sooner. If you become a customer later, your data at that point is covered by the agreement we sign with you, not by this note.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@framelock.app and we will do it. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

Changes to this note

This is the version for the early access site. When Framelock opens properly, this note will be replaced with a fuller one covering the product. The date at the top is the version you are reading.
